COVENTRY ARTS NET IS BACK!
Welcome back to Cov Arts Net!
With the up and coming bid for City of Culture 2021 gaining speed, we at Cov Arts Net we decided that it was time to relaunch this blog bigger and better than before. We have loads planned for 2017, but we thought we would leave this worst of years with a bang!
You may have already noticed that our Instagram and Twitter account have livened up. This is because we have taken on board even more contributors than before. Our webmaster, Susan Schweitzer, has taken control of the twitter feed and will be tweeting on the reg, including live tweeting some of Coventry and Warwickshire’s arts and culture events. We have gained a photographer in the shape of Stella Gabriel, who will be posting from around Coventry, Warwick and wherever she is allowed her camera. Of course you can still expect articles from our previous contributors, but we have more in store from the bricks of Birmingham to the wilds of Warwickshire with more contributors coming on board.
Here is a taster of what we have in store:
- Beginning of the West Midlands Museums Project.
- More reviews of family friendly activities.
- Interviews with local artists, creatives, and cultural movers and shakers.
- Live blogging of events.
- New Instagram feed.
- Bigger and better events calendar.
Most excitingly, just before Christmas we will be releasing the first episode of our new podcast ‘The Coventry Arts Net’. Keep an eye out for more on this next week.
Needless to say as always we need and appreciate your support and feedback. Feel free to let us know what you want us to write about, what we should be focusing on and if you want to help us out in anyway! You can contact us through our social media or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
It’s good to be back.
